Product Specialist at SURGI-TECH EGYPT
Job Purpose
To work on Molnlycke products, aiming to free patients from the burden of wounds through effective wound management and pressure ulcer prevention.
Responsibilities
- Sales forecast, document, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers’ preferences, business potential, and competition actions in his/her territory.
- Develop the wound care portfolio sales forecasts and action plans conforming to the company strategies for supervisor's review and approval.
- Represent Molnlycke as an authorized partner to sell wound care products.
- Meet and interact with target customers and key business players, defining sales potentials, promoting and selling the assigned products.
- Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns related to his territory and accounts, selling assigned products.
- Support or provide customers’ in-service.
- Ensure skillful technical support for customers and follow up on customer satisfaction.
- Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, sales potential, and competitors’ rivalry.
- Establish and maintain client relationships (surgeons, nursing staff, and clinical staff).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Veterinary Sciences, Biomedical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the position.
- Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) in English and Arabic.
- Ability to build relations and persuasive skills.
- Business orientation with a flair for sales.
- Having a car is preferable.
